Is the world a matter of “Oppressor” versus “Oppressed”? Or is that paradigm an ideology?

Is the world a matter of “Oppressor” versus “Oppressed”? YES—but only for a very specific group. It is a paradigm too.
Oppressed status is true for people that do not know how to understand the views of others. It is known as Marxism. Marxists are ipso facto irrational (oppressor=wrong, oppressed=right). This is why they are oppressed: because others are unquestionably wrong. Also, this is how they are oppressed: because they understand the world so simplistically. Yet, not all irrational people are Marxists. To be a Marxist, you have to be told and believe that you are a victim.
Marx initially did this with the communist manifesto:
Economic class is no longer as useful to the Marxists. Agitators now use identity for victim status.
The oppressed are people that cannot participate in the world as it currently is. Their subjective view is the absolute truth to them. Any person who holds a competing view is necessarily a psychological threat to them. Therefore, the other group is the oppressor—whoever that might be.
For the Marxist oppressed, the only solution is to tear down the world based on these competing views. This is why Marxism is always revolutionary. Marxists cannot problem solve (via understanding the system as it is). This is also why Marxists cannot participate in the meritocracy. They pursue only revolution. In revolution, they tear down the current world. This is the source of human nihilism.
