Yes, PRESIDENTS ARE ABOVE THE LAW, Lest The Law Be Used, In A Judicially Gerrymandered Way, As An ANTI-Republic Weapon Against Them (The People)
However, in a Constitutional Republic, Presidents are not above the people. Critically, neither is Congress or the courts.
Three defining points:

- The Sixth Amendment states that in all criminal prosecutions, the accused criminal has the right to a trial by an impartial jury of the state and district in which the individual allegedly committed a crime.

The 2024 Election is a FAIR trial by jury for a President. In an election, the president stands before the people–the unbiased Jury for a president. The ONLY other way to justly prosecute a President is through impeachment. In an impeachment, the President stands before the people’s representatives. Congress is also free to change/limit presidential immunity (Note: this happens for government sovereign immunity for EXACTLY the same reasons). They should do so, however, respecting the requirement to prevent the tyranny of the minority (a rogue and unrepresentative District Attorney or United States Attorney attacking a candidate/president).
Therefore, the President is not above the people. Yet, he/she is, however, above the law. Otherwise, partisan actors will use unrepresentative jurisdictions to persecute candidates through misuse of the law to frustrate and circumvent the will, write large, of the people.
This ANTI-Constitutional and intentional misuse of the law is a legal insurrection.
