Yes. But Marxism is not.
Marxists are emotionally immature, lacking free will and rationality. Therefore, freedom and capitalism leave them behind. So, they seek revolution: an end to freedom and capitalism.
This leaves society at collectivism (tribalism), the only, but suicidal, option.
The cause is emotional immaturity: unable to reason.
