Is China’s economy considered socialist or capitalist? Why does China refer to itself as “the most powerful socialist state”?

It’s faux communist (not collectivist because it embraces markets) or bad capitalist (because it is not problem-solving).
The Chinese focus only on making money. In a way, this is a true Marxist: more money for labor.
