How important is it to have class during an argument?
Class? We would have to define what it is to be classy.
BUT, I think any person that allows another to have their own thoughts, their own truths, is classy.
Moreover, not all people are confident in their thoughts, so it is also classy to respect that fact and speak in ways that do not unnecessarily threaten the thoughts and beliefs of others. This is not to say your thoughts cannot be shared. They just cannot be disgorged with no concern for the thoughts of others.
