Does truth necessarily correspond to the facts of the situation?
Yes. The hypothesis must meet the necessary condition.
For the necessary condition, a hypothesis must explain the observed. The Utopianists, Marxists, and postmodernists do not agree with this. This specific point makes them irrational.
Moreover, the sufficient condition must also be met. Here, only one (known and unknown) hypothesis can explain the observed (facts).
Because of the unknown hypotheses, absolute truth is never established. Objective truth can be by disproving all but one known hypotheses.
