Do inalienable human rights even exist?
Yes.
Freedom of thought. THE ONLY inalienable right.
Sometimes it is taken away: Nazism, communism, etc. But people must die to accomplish it.
The real measure of a just society is their motivation and commitment to protect it. Few do.
