Exercising freedom is an inalienable right of the human person. Can you explain this situation?
Exercising one’s (intellectual) freedom, is not an inalienable right. Freedom of thought is an inalienable right.
The American republic, the rule of law, and the justice system frame to what extent our right to think freely can be put into action (exercised). Free thought helps us build this system.
