Can individual human rights undermine the culture that protects those human rights?
No. Irrationality is undermining our one human right to think for ourselves. In time, a free society will rebalance however.
Irrational people emotionally agitate for a “woke” agenda. But they are not woke. Instead, the woke are themselves oppressing thought (CRT, Anti-racism, etc.).
Irrational people also cancel (or censor) the views of others. That not “wise” either. While some views expressed by the emotionally immature are unpleasant, canceling them does not eradicate them. Only, the marketplace of ideas does. Trust that crazy ideas, over the fullness of time, will be abandoned or marginalized.
