Do people have the right to have a say in government decisions?

In America, Yes. But the irrational left want to end it. They want us ruled, not a government of the people, by the people, for the people (the Gettysburg Address).

One way specifically is through the right of petition. This particular right is in the First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
